Traineeship program in Solid Entreprenør lasts 2 years. I got a chance to work in 4 different areas in the company, including: working on a construction site, in a purchasing, project development and the purchasing department. I received a dedicated mentor and a personal follow-up. As the last stage I have chosen to develop in the purchasing role which I continue nowadays as a Cost- and Purchasing Engineer during the project development phase.
