Mobile Support Engineers support existing clients and prospects throughout their Scandit SDK integration process by creating proprietary samples, analyzing performance, and optimizing scanning workflows for ideal use cases within a variety of frameworks. Our users deploy the Scandit SDK to mobile devices.My position requires extensive knowledge and daily usage of:- JavaScript mobile frameworks- React Native- Capacitor- Flutter- Android Native- iOS NativeAlong with supporting clients & prospects by providing proprietary solutions for their target frameworks, I participate actively (50% of daily workload) as a member of the Frameworks & Apps Engineering Team.This team follows an agile methodology, making use of DevOps tools, CI, and Jira using SCRUM/Kanban processes.Some of my tasks include:- Bug fixes in specific frameworks- Refactors to support latest framework updates- Exposing new APIs from Android/iOS Native to mobile frameworks, such as React Native, Capacitor, & Flutter- Building out new featuresI am proud to mention a few projects I am leading/taking on:- Complete refactor of our public React Native GitHub repo: https://github.com/Scandit/datacapture-react-native-samples- Establishing Product Champions in the Support organization to partner with Product Managers to improve existing products & influence design decisions for future solutions- Refactor of our Capacitor plug-in to support Capacitor V4, V5- A teammate of two Hackathon winning teams Working closely with developers in client organizations allows Scandit Engineers to work with insights that are often lost in Jira tickets.These insights drive faster scanning integrations, performance-efficient solutions, intuitive workflows, and a strong relationship between us and our clients.Scandit partners with customers at every step withtrials, solution design, integration and customer success support included.

Aided students in understanding fundamental concepts through in-class assistance including the design of digital circuits performing various functions like encoding decimal numbers to Roman numerals.Assisted professors in maintaining an engaging learning environment, grading assignments and projects, and mentoring younger students through complex course concepts.Participants were able to rely on me for help programming virtual ARM-based microprocessors, understanding assembly-level language algorithms, and the use of circuit design software.
