I was a sourcing specialist in a team called “Talent Innovation Hub”. Within the team I am mainly focused on sourcing for candidates in the IT industry. Responsibilities:• Sourcing candidates through different channels by constructing strong Boolean search strings.• Researching industries, companies and specific roles within different company structures to understand the needs and expectations of candidates.• Screening candidates via phone calls to determine the candidate’s suitability.• Consulting candidates on the recruitment process and helping them with interview preparation.• Fixing/Improving CVs and writing cover notes for the candidates.• Participating in meetings and contributing to ideas for achieving the team’s and organisation’s goals.• Maintaining data in Excel, as well as creating reports.• Everyday usage of Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Salesforce.
