• Global lead for the digital transformation of People & Culture processes and the global P&C IT landscape. Additionally, acted as a consultant and strategic sparring partner for local digitization projects.Key.
• Global project lead of the implementation of new P&C master data system (SuccessFactors Employee Central) with approx. €500k budget and 20 project members (internal & external)
• Established and lead a governance board to consult and monitor all P&C IT project HOERBIGER-wide
• Established new HOERBIGER career website to attract talent

• Responsible for the maintenance, training, and further development of global P&C processes with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and usability. Additionally in charge of leading global initiatives.Key.
• Project management support for the implementation of a global recruiting system (Talent Link) in relation to configurations, training, and optimization measures across locations in LATAM, APAC, and Europe.
• Responsible for the P&C workstream for the global SAP S4 HANA rollout

• Supporting the German group works council negotiations for IT systems that contain employee data.Key activities/ achievements:
• Prepared over 50 topics for group works council negotiations in alignment with German labor law and GDPR
• Supported the Head of People & Culture of HOERBIGER Deutschland Holding to build a trustful relationship with the group work council and during the negotiations
• Coordinated and monitored privacy impact assessments (PIA) with external consultants
• Supported IT-security work streams in executing organizational and technical measures
