Global lead for the digital transformation of People & Culture processes and the global P&C IT landscape. Additionally, acted as a consultant and strategic sparring partner for local digitization projects.Key activities/ achievements:• Global project lead of the implementation of new P&C master data system (SuccessFactors Employee Central) with approx. €500k budget and 20 project members (internal & external) • Established and lead a governance board to consult and monitor all P&C IT project HOERBIGER-wide• Established new HOERBIGER career website to attract talent
