• Preparation / Submission of Planning Package which consist of Overall EPC Project Baseline Schedule for the contract scope of works encompassing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction & Pre-Commissioning activities, Progress and Commodity Curves, Manpower Histograms, Dashboards, Critical Path analysis. Progress Measurement systems, Procedures etc.• Managing the Project Progress Reports \Daily, Weekly and Monthly) for Client and internal Management (Exception reports, Dashboard reports and Leading Indicators reports etc.)• Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project• Ensuring compliance with the work breakdown structure and coding• Lead the checking, monitoring and reporting of contractors scheduling and planning activities, aiming at completion of the work scope within the assigned duration• Assisting with maintaining performance measures for productivity, reworks and achievements against plans• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan• Identify of potential delays of Project or separate activities and ensure action plans are developed and implemented.• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report• Management of ERP system for physical and qualified progress recording and tracking• Liaise with the engineering / procurement / construction / QA QC groups with respect to progress reporting• Participation in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required

• Development, updating and adjustment of level 3-4 schedules for Project in Oracle Primavera P6• Preparation of proposals for adjusting the schedule, aimed at worsening the timing of the project• Preparation of proposals for the prospective resource loading of project schedules• Preparation of reports on the implementation of the planned project plan with the termination of decision-making for management decisions• Identification of current and predicted deviations according to the project schedule with the definition of the critical path• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly production reports• Support subcontractors to define the best erection sequence in terms of safety, quality and productivity• Support subcontractors in estimation of man-hours and manpower for steel structure fabrication/assembly/erection, piping fabrication/erection, E&I and mechanical equipment installation• Support subcontractor's production planning team to prepare detailed L5 schedule for all construction phases and define priority at mark (tag) level• Monitoring material delivery from fabrication yards and provide priorities with required ETA date to fabrication team, in order to align fabrication sublets• Daily visiting a construction site to ensure that L5 schedule and manpower assigned based on it is followed by subcontractors.
