Daily processes and areas of responsibility:- Middle-range(1-12month) global production plan creation for sub-modules (filter units).- Participation in Global TDM forum representing Filter Units supply status and capability. Preparation of equipment investment proposals to secure global production capacity is at set flexibility level within 1-year time horizon.- Analysis of upper level demand changes and understanding of trend pattern changes.Initiating transfer activities to follow radio supply strategy and/or to ensure the sufficient production capacity and cost efficiency.- Ensuring that both inbound and production capacity bottleneck are dealt with and well communicated to supply chain stakeholders.- Buffer stock settings dimensioning to cover for upper level demand fluctuations and securing sufficientflexibility in supply sites with long lead time inbound flow.- Follow up on inventory targets implementation globally and on the site level- Business interruption value assessment.

Daily processes and areas of responsibility:- Lead the activities for material movement, planning, scheduling, logistics, and purchasing to optimize production up-time and throughput, ensuring finished goods meet delivery targets.- Schedule PO's in a timely manner.- Define, lead, and/or participate in projects to improve processes that impact the effectiveness and performance of supply chain, our manufacturing, and the business.- Establish and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for the supply chain processes to facilitate continual improvement.- Responsible for meeting site specific inventory targets, monitoring and improving inventory performance, and providing action plans to improve.- Monitor inventory and initiate process improvements as needed.- Create & Communicate Supply Chain Plans.- Execute Inventory Optimization.- Identify, communicate, and escalate variances from plan.
