Responsibility for the whole IT infrastructure and operations which include engineering, core and network infrastructure in Berlin Branch Gazprom International (up to 50 employees).Implementation, configuration and maintenance of multi-clustered Voice and Video Communications enterprise resources (15 offices worldwide, up to 1500 endpoints).Creation and maintenance of specifications for the IT infrastructure and coordination of IT infrastructure projects.IT budget planning and asset management under consideration of global enterprise IT strategy as well as company requirements and ensure adherence to budget.Working with other IT managers and staff in multiple offices, time zones, and countries worldwide.Interaction with system integrators, vendors and external engineers to keep office running.Execution of medium sized projects and participating in project implementation:• Integration of isolated local IT systems in Berlin office to the enterprise-wide network• Upgrade of CUCM 10.x services to 11.x within the group of companies (5 clusters, 10 CME)• Planning (low-level design) and implementation (on-site) of IT Infrastructure for new offices• Migration of server room (6 server racks) from the main office (400 users) to colocation center

Analysis, administration and support of data, voice and video communication networks based on Cisco Collaboration Technologies (Voice over IP, Video Communication Services, Messaging).Installation, configuration and maintenance of enterprise local area networks based on Juniper and Cisco equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).Resolving critical incidents and IT outages, failure root cause analysis and elimination.Monitoring of network and system performance (Zabbix, NagiOS).IT incidents, provide user feedback, and suggestion of improvements in usage of systems, applications and IT-processes.Implementation of IT procurement in compliance with enterprise regulations.Participating in architectural and strategic IT planning.Assisting team with support of servers OS, security, backup and virtualization systems.

Ensuring the installation, configuration and maintenance of user’s workplace equipment in Moscow Branch Gazprom International (VoIP and mobile endpoints, workstations, printers, etc.).Providing technical assistance of the most important business meetings and conferences (on-site and through videoconferencing) for international diplomatic delegations, board meetings, etc.Analysis, evaluation of technology needs and deployment of new services and functions.Organization of endpoint’s backup and recovery (logging, reviewing and testing backup validity).Working with ISPs, hosting service providers and hard-n-software vendors to pinpoint the root cause of a problem and resolve with urgency.

Identifying and resolving problems in the sphere of Internet, Telecom and IPTV services.Providing Level-2 support for Windows, OS X and Linux environment.Working with B2C-customers over email and phone to investigate issues and provide solutions.Ensuring proper documentation, escalation, tracking, and following up of all incidents.Development and maintenance of training materials for end users and colleagues.
