• Issuing orders to suppliers and monitoring the transfer of payments by the finance department to the division's suppliers.
• Cost-benefit analysis of different projects as a tool for decision making for the division's and company's management.
• Staff management.

• Overall responsibility for income budget planning, forecast and estimate of passengers traffic and freight haulage on an annual and perennial basis, including quarterly and annual analysis and control. Additionally.
• Cost-benefit analysis of different projects as a tool for decision making for the company’s management.
• Affirmation and update of tariff policies of the company.
• Statistical, economic analysis and generation of periodic reports for the company’s management and board of directors.
• Report and account settling with Ministry of Transport on the subject of company’s subsidiary operation agreement with the government authorities.
