The main responsibilities: • project implementation: preparation of the stadium Rostov-Arena for the World Cup 2018• provision of spectator services at the stadium "Rostov Arena";• cross-functional interaction within the team of the World Cup organizing committee in the Rostov-on-Don city;• monitoring of the construction readiness of the stadium areas according to the requirements;• cooperation with Police and Private Security Organizations• installation of navigation at the stadium "Rostov Arena";• organization of regional headquarters training in preparation for the World Cup 2018 in the Rostov-on-Don city;• human resources planning; • volunteers trainings (over 500 people);• venue tours;• dealing with customer’s complaints;• Interactions: FIFA, JSC "Crocus", PSO Kazan, SMU 161, ticket operators;
