Professional responsibilities:• Analysing/drafting various agreements (SPA, NDA, Escrow), including Security agreements and guarantees under foreign law (pledges of shares of foreign companies, security assignments and others);• Conducting due diligence of foreign companies, preparation of corporate approvals (primarily common law jurisdictions)• Participating in projects on enforcement of debts in foreign jurisdictions (Cyprus, BVI and Jersey courts)• Analysing and advising the bank on various foreign law (primarily common law) documents, including international loan agreements, whereby Alfa-Bank may act as borrower, lender or other interested third partyNotable projects:• Enforcement of a 50 million Dollars debt of one of the major debtors of the Bank.• Syndicated 90 million Dollars Facility for OAO AKB “Absolute Bank”
