EquityArcade was the first crowdfunding platform for video games developers based on Title III of the JOBS Act which created a new exemption from registration for Internet-based securities offerings of up to $1 million over a 12-month period. Additionally, we ran a news video channel focused on game development and deep reviews of the latest video games. We consistently saw over 1 million views per month.
