• Updated/standardized over 200 current drawings to new engineering standards and revised over 500 drawings, while maintaining a regular workload.
• Involved in MAMTC leadership training; managed a project to produce building plans improving workflow, maximizing existing space, increasing production by six plates per hour/30 percent increase/$7,500 per day.
