Kostas G. Papadakis serves in a dual capacity both as Chairman of the Board and Head of After Sales for Papadakis Group.He has risen through the ranks of this family-owned business, helping it establish itself as the leading Bus & Coach Seller in the Balkans, and both as a major Mercedes Benz AG (Daimler Truck) Busport (and Mini Bus Seller) and a MAN Bus & Truck Authorized Service Facility and Bus (Exclusive) & Truck (Authorized) Seller. The company is also a Schmitz Cargobull Service Partner. Mr. Papadakis has steered the Group towards successive double-digit growth in the past 7 years, both in the provision of on-site (and remotely through its fleet of vehicles) Technical Services and in Spare Parts Sales (Genuine and OEM).Moreover, he has helped the Group - in coordination with the Bus Sales Division of the Group - secure new international partnerships with Yutong Bus (the predominant electric bus manufacturer outside of the EU) and Temsa SA, helping Papadakis Group solidify its position in the Greek market. Mr. Papadakis is the point person for the Group's operations in northern Greece regarding the operations - via bus leasing - for urban and interurban transportation authorities and he has had overall oversight authority over the initial procurement and technical work for the northern Greece fleets. He exercises an overall supervisory capacity over the entire technical aspects of the Group's urban and interurban leasing and sales activities across the country. Lastly, he oversees the Group's CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), ESG and Public Relations activities.Kostas G.
