Responsibilities:- Managing projects - Acting as a single point of contact for technical agents (assisting in technical queries, identifying training needs, supporting them on meeting targets). - Handling New Hire Trainings.- Preparing technical assessments to evaluate the knowledge level of agents. - Managing the FAQ database (creating, reviewing, approving and publishing FAQs). - Implementing new processes and tools.- Resolving escalations.

Responsibilities:- Pre-sales & post-sales technical support (product selection, application information, technical characteristics, installation assistance, troubleshooting). - Providing Quotations based on project specifications. - Quotation and order management of configurable products. - Product & process training to other team members. - Creation & modification of FAQ’s.

Responsibilities:- Adjustment and settlement of losses in all non-life insurance branches, including fire and allied perils, engineering, business interruption, third party liability, cargo, marine and motor. - Evaluation of fixed assets. - Pre-risk surveys.
