Activities for disaster preparedness based on forecasts are rarely existing in Mozambique, the communities receiving forecast information often do not understand it, as it is not produced “user-useful”. Through strategic partnerships at national and international level the project will support and develop an operational Forecased based Financing system to enhance humanitarian response capabilities at regional, national and local level.
