Getting an insight to the thing that makes the modern city a modern city. Without flowing water our lives would look very different. You don't really think of how important water is, until it stops running from your Oras design water tab. Turun vesihuolto Oy was made out of Turun vesiliikelaitos and I continued as a part of the board after the transition. I moved on from the position as being part of the Konsernijaosto of Turku city restricted my chances in being part of too many city owned companies.

Chairmanning at Boost brought me a variety of challenges: getting the community to commit more, find new ways to help our start ups, grow Boost and make the best I can to help the area I'm living in to nurish the entrepreneurial spirit. Being part of Boost and chairmanning an organization as amazing as Boost does not just end and that's it. The networks, friends and the mentality stays with you. We taught the employees of various companies in different languages. I was in charge of new customer acqusition and overall management. The language I taught was german.

Clu Tku is a three room escape room business. We serve business clients as well as private groups. The whole idea is to create a full escape experience. I sold my shares after building and starting the escape room to the two remaining partners to be able to focus on two new ventures.

I taught german language and conducting business in the german speaking region to various companies. After this I founded a company and started doing the same as an entreprenuer and also started to grow the business.While teaching as a freelancer I realized that teaching was one thing I really Excelled at.

I wrote articles and longer reportages for various magazines. From in to depth going gonzo journalistic escapades to political analyses. Doing journalistic work widened my writing skills from fiction writing to non fiction and gave me an insight in to what topics and approaches attract journalists to write about my businesses.

We hosted a radioshow Z-partio with my co host. The show had a cult status, in a small circuit. The show was about new alternative music and interviews with various people, strange live try outs like consuming only food attitives while doing the show in our underpants and streaming reportages of made up events up to hosting, subjectively seen, the best parliamentary elections panels.Even before the show I was quite confident speaking freely to large audiences, but the possibility of a hundred thousand people listening to you talking live, brought it to an other level.

I produced an essential part of the European Cultural Capital project of the city Turku. Core responsibilities: managing a team of guides, producing, marketingBeing part of one of the biggest culture happenings of all time in Finland taught me a lot about culture producing, one of the things was that, in the future I would like to produce less culture. After the year I've been focusing more on marked driven producing. But the time producing culture taught me how to do spectacular things with only a few pennies and how to find upcoming things. Art often seems to be less grounded in the present, seeing in to the future. Many things done in for example marketing have been done in art years a go. So there is a lot to be found from observing current top artists and performers.

Olohuone is one of the bigges City Art Festivals in the Nordic countries. I started as second producer and member of the Board and was head producer in the end. Core responsibilities: managing a team of producers and volunteers, getting sponsors, general management, marketing

I produced clubs, gigs, festivals and other events. Zondag brought a new kind clubbing environment to Turku in which clubs and bars are also used for other kind of events than drinking and listening to music. For example Zondag-Club which combined poetry and stand up, and live music and movies.
