Responsible for previewing Structural and Architectural drawings provided by clients or general contractors, walk-through at job-site, breakout amount of steel and masonry needed to complete the project, estimate the cost and prepare proposal to bid for the job, follow through with project managers, order materials, coordinate with detailers, fabrication and installers to complete projects.

Preview Structural and Architectural drawings provided by General Contracting companies, Decipher amount of structural steel needed to do the job, then calculate, labor time, cost of material, amount of welding needed to complete the steel portion of the job, from fabrication time to completion. Prepare and submit proposal to bid for the project. Follow up with General contractors, coordinate with detailers and Project managers to complete projects.

Manage facility, pick up/delivery, purchasing, accounting, machine repairs and customer service.

Processed incoming calls, providing assistance to Att wireless, Nextel, Alltel, Sprint and various wireless companies. Enhanced directory assistance and tele concierge.

Worked with hardware support and install teams, provided client services and business support, Ordered parts and warranties, tracked and received equipment, staged and delivered to end users, tagged equipment and entered into database.
