-Provides technical supports to the clients for foodservice equipment brands such as Rational, Carpigiani, Menumaster, Scotsman, Moffat, Frymaster, Thermatek, Roband, Adventys, Friulinox, Bunn, Kolb and Sammic.-Meets clients to conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of the foodservice equipments.-Attends meeting with manufacturers' visits and online conference calls to ensure company is updated with latest information on service manuals, warranty claiming process, spare parts and equipment price lists, service bulletins and any relevant crictical technical services information.-Conducts regular training for inhouse technicians and outsource contractors throughout Malaysia on the company products to update technical knowledge and new findings on new products. Also identifies and evaluates new suitable contractors to support after sales service throughout Malaysia.-Monitors and manages breakdown calls to avoid kitchen operation get affected and to ensure customers satisfaction. -Liaises with manufacturers for unusual breakdowns and manufacturing defects that cannot be solved on the site.-Responisble for inventory management and keeps track of spare parts and supplies in order to ensure that the equipment can be properly serviced and maintained. In addition, invloves in ordering and stocking spare parts, as well as keeping track of usage and replacement schedules.-Responsible for the warranty claims process from reviewing the information given whether meet the requirement and preparing warranty documentation to avoid losses on company maintenance cost. Also follow up with the manufacturers to ensure that the claim has been properly processed and that any necessary reimbursements have been made.-Provides and updates new Standard of Procedure and Working Manuals for the Maintenace and Technical Department when requested by the management of the company.
