Responsibilities include:• Own the end-to-end design process from early discovery interviews and concept design to high-fidelity designs and usability testing.• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and other designers in an agile environment to plan, break down and ship value-driven work.• Advocate for our users when collaborating with product managers to prioritize future strategic initiatives.Select Accomplishments:• Designed a solution to a highly complex problem enabling supply planners to monitor and identify material shortages in their supply chain networks. The completion of this initiative was one major piece that helped us sign a $1MM deal and expand the original future deal size from a single supplier to the company's entire European division.• Redesigned two modules of our application to streamline the information architecture to better support users in collaborating on orders with their trading partners (the key task). The UX improvements and additional features included in these module redesigns have received lots of positive feedback from users across all of our customer networks.• Developed and implemented a framework for measuring the overall product satisfaction of our application to help convey the impact of UX and product investment. This framework has now been rolled out to the other 3 applications that Nulogy offers.
