Mumbai International Airport Limited - MIAL (Airport Management Company)From 2008 to 2013, I worked at Mumbai Airport for MIAL. I joined the company as a Management Trainee and over the course of four years got promoted from Trainee to Assistant Manager to Deputy Manager to Manager. During my tenure I helped in building the Airport Marketing & Aero Business team from the ground up and attracted 12 airlines to commence non-stop service from Mumbai airport and connecting the 7 unserved cities. As a result of the efforts Mumbai airport received Routes Asia Marketing Award in 2012 in Middle East and India category. In 2013, I received the Value Star award for my contribution to hosting and managing Routes Asia 2013 in Mumbai.GlobeGround India Limited - GGI (Airport Services Company)In mid-2013, I moved to Bengaluru Airport and started working for GGI as Manager Marketing and was promoted to Head Marketing in 2018. From 2013, I lead the end-to-end bid management for global & regional tenders. As lead bid manager, secured and negotiated key management & services contracts, cumulatively valuing USD 100 million+ and maintained a bid win rate of 62%.
