Responsible for operations and development of customized Hybris and JAVA web-based application with 1000+ of global active users. Main responsibilities:- responsible for the activities of two groups: development and support teams,- cooperation with stakeholders, vendors and senior management,- operations management,- sprint management,- incidents management,- presenting new functionalities to stakeholders,- training support team.

Idea and project of autonomous robotic mobile platform. Responsible for project E2E. Research, hardware and software integration, development, testing, data collection, analysis and documentation. Working with robotic mobile platform, ROS operating system, sensors, Bluetooth Low Energy technology and beacon devices.

Managing the group of 30+ volunteers. Responsible for the overall vision of the project, marketing strategy, raising funds, business relations, logistics and team establishing. Results of my governance and improvement areas:- designing and implementing integrated tournament management system, consisting of a website, a mobile application and application to automatically manage competitions on the day of the tournament,- creation of a new visual identification, - designing new and improvement of old competitions and its servicing electronics (e.g. timing gates, video tracking of the robot's path),- information about event appeared on public television, radio and press, our spot was displayed on all public transport buses,- maintaining cooperation and establishing a new one with such companies as: FESTO, ASTOR, iROBOT, IGUS, SICK, SEMICON, NETTIGO.
