I was responsible for Electronics Systems development and supply and support as a part of Vehicle Program.My role is to be a self-sufficient primary point of coordination for Vehicles, Hardware Development and Hardware Manufacturing teams. The scope is: demand acceptance and optimization, development and supply strategy and schedule (Quantity-In-Time & Quality-In-Time), a wide variety of activities aimed at unblocking different teams and processes.Who are the teams I work with:- Executive Officers/VPs.- Vehicle Program Management;- Vehicle Build, Integration, Calibration; - Electronic and Mechanic Design, Development, Testing, and Validation;- Procurement, Logistics, Stores;- Contractors.Where I am working - where the coordination and focus needed the most.Some instances as an example:- In Engineering and T&V offices during Development process- On manufacturing sites pushing through Supply milestones- On proving grounds (e.g. IDIADA) supporting certification events
