She is the current vice-president and a founding member of the Applied Improvisation Network and the host of the livestream podcast, Performance Shift with John Register. 🙋‍♀️TheaterWeek Magazine named Kat one of the year's "Unsung Heroes" for her creation of the improvisational theater format, Spontaneous Broadway, which is now performed regularly around the world.
