MIVI EarPods (TWS), Speakers and Sound bars.1.To prepare SOP's, PFC's, AOD's, Work instructions, one point lesson and providing propertraining and awareness about stage process to the operator.2.Receiving BOM from customer (Chinese) and converting this BOM into the company'sformat, Validating each and every part & update the part number into the ERP (company'sSAP Format), responsible for creating New BOM into the ERP for releasing Work Order(from Kitting department). 3.To prepare engineering build and NPI of new products, understanding the criticality ofprocess.4.Implement new process activities to reduce scrap in line.5.Doing analysis on failure and making process mapping on critical stations.6.Providing new EQs ( Equalizer) to products and software updating of EarPods, Neckbandsand Sound bars. Providing alternative solution for material storage and process relatedissues.7.Making CFT on major failure and presenting the RCA (Root Cause& Analysis).8.Working on quality and to reduce costumer complaints and improve manufacturing quality.9.Validation of new material like UV glue and jigs any other material for manufacturing.
