With over 6 years of experience in growth and revenue operations, I am passionate about supporting the go-to-market (GTM) team at Pitchly, a leading data management platform for M&A professionals. My mission is to help Pitchly achieve its revenue growth goals by identifying, aligning, documenting, and implementing key operational processes, technologies, and KPIs that optimize GTM team productivity and efficiency. I also document GTM processes across all functional areas and assist in defining and measuring KPIs for individuals and GTM business units. Additionally, I collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute operational projects that increase GTM team productivity, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Some of the skills that I leverage in my role are skill development, revenue management, and operations. I was honored to be a finalist for the Clay and Milk & Startup Iowa Awards Employee of the Year in 2021, thanks to the nomination by Pitchly CEO, Ryan Gerhardy.
