Chatbot R&D Project for SEDAS ¸ (2021.11-2023.09) • Led the development and deployment of a rule-based chatbot for SEDAS, leveraging Zemberek NLP to significantly enhance customer service interactions. • Pioneered the migration of chatbot flow management to a custom Node.js engine from Google Dialogflow, enhancing system flexibility and response accuracy. Implemented Redis for efficient session management within our custom engine, optimizing performance. Utilized MongoDB not just for data storage, but crucially for managing the chatbot’s flow, facilitating dynamic content management and enabling real-time analytics. • Orchestrated the integration of microservices for SAP systems, enabling the chatbot to create records within SAP systems, which significantly alleviated the customer service workload. The implementation of these microservices played a pivotal role in automating responses and interactions, thus enhancing operational speed and reducing manual processing requirements. • Authored extensive technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and project continuity, which streamlined the onboarding process for new team members.

Software Development Project for IHG Hotels (2020.09-2021.11) • Spearheaded a client-facing project for IHG Hotels using Angular, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML, leading to an increase in user engagement through improved UI/UX designs. • Engineered and maintained scalable microservices on AWS Lambda using Node.js, reducing operational costs and enhancing application responsiveness. Utilized a comprehensive suite of AWS solutions including S3 for storage, CloudWatch for monitoring, IAM for secure access management, DynamoDB for database services, API Gateway for creating, publishing, maintaining, monitoring, and securing APIs, and SQS for message queuing services to ensure reliable and scalable application architecture. • Utilized Jira for project management and issue tracking, facilitating efficient collaboration across development teams and ensuring timely project completions.
