STAR Refinery Construction Marine Works and Reclamation.● Supervising , controling and liaising with subcontractor about operations at reclamation area and marine works off shore for Jetty construction.● Managing the bored pile, driven pile within marine works, jet grout and rigid inclusion operations at site, arranging schedule and programme according to site conditions.●Supervising the bored pile drilling , installation reinforcement steel cage and concreting compliance with respect to QA/QC requirements, standarts, safety codes and other regulations.●Bored pile manufacture is carried out with 2 Bauer 28, 1 Bauer BG 25 and 1 Bauer BG 36; jet grout with 8 jet grout rigs and rigid inclusion with 2 machines. Bored piles according to project consist secant and contiguous piles change the deepness 15m to 35 mt . Patriotichesky complex Patriot Project ( Government ) Contractor : ELSET / BUR SPETS STROY Bored pile execution Φ1200mm and Φ1000mm● ( Full temporary case oscillator, bentonite and CFA )● That project conducted by the government for an huge military camp and multi-functional complex . In order to strengthen the foundation Φ1200 mm and Φ1000mm bored piles were made 11m casing and approximately 30 m drilling with bentonite, full casing with Oscillator and CFA system ( continuous flight auger ) .● The organizing of the whole technical and personel the issues were contained inside the work definition and the team had more than 40 people.

Bridge provides the connection with two office buildings that are● seperated by motorway and railway. Cutter Trench Machine ( Bauer BG 25/ BC 32 ) was used for diaphragm wall excavation two Bauer BG 36 drilling machines was used for bored piles. ● Managing all geotechnical technics according to project design and milestone schedule that arranged by contractor at night shift with a team almost 80 people.● Concucted that the inclometer tests at diaphragm wall and submitted to contractor.● Conducted the anchorage tests.● Prepairing the daily geotechnical execution reports about site and submitting to the contractor.● Applied Osterberg O- Cell to two test pile , The multi-level tests achieved combined loads of up to 131 MN, a European record for a 1500 mm diameter bored pile.
