In this role, I was responsible for working with a team to unload and organize merchandise from trucks at my store. I utilized a digital inventory system to access location data for merchandise to be stocked, and entered serial numbers into a database to prepare items for pickup from the store.

In this role, I navigated groups of varying age and number through whitewater rapids on the Pigeon River. I trained individuals in the proper use of safety equipment, and ensured its correct use. Understand and implement risk reduction, and communicate with guests about local area, river and trip information in addition to general entertainment.Other tasks include loading an unloading rafts, delivering instructional talks, and washing and organizing gear and equipment.I was trained to provide assistance to individuals in the event of injury, via first aid and CPR certifications.
