As a Student Manager at the restaurant Green Mango, a position I’ve embraced over the past few months, I have successfully built and led a team of students, further enhancing my leadership and team-building and mangaerial skills.Previously, I held the role of Team Leader at Pali & Co, where I developed valuable skills in leadership, organization, and teamwork. My experience there has been instrumental in preparing me for my current management responsibilities at Green Mango.During my four-plus years at Studer, where I helped manage events and publicity, I honed my presentation skills and learned how to effectively motivate and empower teams.Before transitioning to leadership roles, my experience as a waiter at Lily’s Restaurant & Club helped shape my customer-first approach.
