As the Founder and CEO of Next Step Academics, I am building and leading a team from the ground up to create a positive impact in our communities. I oversee all aspects of our organization, from finance and marketing to human resources and outreach. I also develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives to grow our reach and brand awareness in the US market and raise campaigns through various channels.Before launching Next Step Academics, I was an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for over five years, working with different organizations to transition and improve their processes and methods. I designed and implemented the Scrum framework, facilitated Agile events, resolved conflicts and impediments, and enhanced team collaboration and transparency. I have a CSM certification and a Google Analytics Individual Qualification, demonstrating my skills and expertise in Agile project management and data analytics.
