Yong-jip Park is currently working for Korea Search as the representative consultant.He previously worked for renowned search firm in Korea as a managing director of Headhunting Division. Before joining headhunting business, he worked for Korea Telecom in developing system related to Telephony QoS (Quality of Service) which he was involved in enacting. In IDDR RC at Pennsylvania State University (PSU), he researched and developed systems related to SCM by applying Artificial Intelligence. After entering headhunting business, he has great track records in executive and middle level search for domestic and MNC companies. Especially he showed great performances in start-up companies in Korea from overseas and also has performed career consulting for middle and executive positions.
