On-going Projects that were managed:• 9MW Wind Power Plant, Istanbul.• All aspects of the project starting from license application to feasibility studies, from selecting the suitable wind turbines to making the procurement agreement of wind turbines.• Managed all phases for pre-construction and organized the project finance from an ECA.• Prepared a business plan for geothermal and waste heat source power plant.• Evaluated various hydroelectric power plants for buy-out.• Took part in the development of a new 30MW Wind Power Plant site where license applications will be submitted to EMRA in April 2015. • Prepared and applied to EMRA for 2 separate 10MWp Solar Power Plant licenses.• Managed pre-construction phase of a 250kWp and 1MWp solar project.• Assessed and gave quotations for unlicensed solar projects up to 1MWp.

Carried out strategic planning activities for the 13 main Holding Companies and developed new projects for the core businesses of the group; Courier Express Parcel Services (CEP), Logistics, Renewable Energy (Wind Power) and Education.Developed and applied to EMRA for 5MW and 3MW two separate Wind Energy Licenses in 2007 for ArıEn Energy Production Inc. which is an affiliate of Arıkanlı Holding.Evaluated new business opportunities and prepared feasibility studies for the Holding Companies in Turkey, CIS and Middle East countries.Started-up an Azerbaijani marble trade company in Baku with local partners. Controlled the operations and audited the books on behalf of Arıkanlı Holding. Studied Azerbaijan’s market for establishing a cargo (CEP) company with a local partner. Evaluated potential partners and prepared financial business plans/feasibilities with future cash flows according to operational plans that had been laid out. Audited and evaluated a plastic building materials (PVC) company for buy out.
