Manages branch fleet , infrastructure , security , safety and logistics. Appraises team quarterly on performance and motivates team to ensure top quartile operational performance.

Responsible for operational management of all assets of the bank in-country. Negotiated and proposed purchase and service contracts for various banks assets. Ensured tracking and tagging of all fixed assets bankwide. Presents proposals to Management for purchase of various assets. liase with all 50 branches nationwide to ensure hitch free operations of all bank assets.
