In this position, I consult clients on Salesforce functionality and perform administrative services. I do this by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, utilizing various tools to load and cleanse data, and configuring custom and standard objects. I help develop custom workflows, provide user management, and an assortment of other system administrative functions.

As an independent contractor for United Way, I primarily worked on projects related to research and data analysis. I prepared spreadsheets and written analysis from the data I collected from a multitude of sources. I used this information to help foster understanding for other team members and guide future investigative work. In addition, I also provided cost assessments on purchasing access to additional outside data. I also played a role in processing and documenting homeless intakes for coordinated entry in an accurate and sensitive manner.

In this role I accurately entered data and dispensed medication as well as facilitated the adjudication process with insurance companies. I also coordinated and assisted in managing the inventory of pharmaceuticals. In addition, I communicated with customers about medication clearly and succinctly. At CVS I also followed proper protocol as an immunizer for COVID-19 vaccinations.

As a pharmacy technician, I utilized the computer system to enter prescription data, accurately dispense medication, facilitate communication with insurance companies, inventory pharmaceuticals, and cashier. I also communicated with customers in person and over the phone about medical information.

During my time as a Diversity Peer Educator, I cultivated a campus environment by leading classroom dialogue sessions and training on diversity, inclusion and fairness. I also promoted the understanding of identity as multi-layered through planning cultural and social events that encouraged awareness of social justice issues and provided opportunities for students to develop effective cross-cultural communication skills.

In this role, I researched and analyzed demographic and financial data on African countries, Ghana and Sierra Leone. I used this information to edit and correct an already formulated factsheet on the remittance data of both countries. In addition, I compiled a comparative analysis of global remittance policies for further evaluation.

I tutored students one-on-one in the subjects of Algebra, Chemistry, Sociology, Spanish, and Biology. As a peer leader, I designed and led lessons weekly for peers covering material supplementary to the student's normal lecture in college algebra.
