With over 10 years of experience in critical care nursing, I hold a great amount of passion for providing patients with the best possible care and am dedicated to and am dedicated to those I work alongside. Most recently, as the ICU Clinical Team Supervisor, I ensured to be dedicated and efficient in overseeing the daily operations and quality of care of the intensive care unit. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Tulsa, and I have developed strong competencies in healthcare, Microsoft Outlook, and team leadership. My past work experience consist of a diverse group and talented team of nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Previously in the role of House Supervisor, I coordinated the staffing and resources of the entire hospital. My mission is to ensure that the organization I as an employee represent delivers and ensures safe, effective, and compassionate care for all encountered while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement among all staff.
