As a student branch of The Electrochemical Society (ECS) in Belgium, we aim at fostering a greater understanding of electrochemical and solid-state science and technology while also promoting this among our peers. The ECS Student Chapter Belgium gives an opportunity for its members to develop professionally and enrich their academic experience through the organization of events, symposia and field trips. Not only does this help the professional development of the members, but also soft-skills related to the organization of these activities are acquired.We are motivated by our drive for research and technology and hope to share our passion for science amongst ourselves, as well as towards a broader audience.
