As a commercial director, I have over the years accumulated experience from working with most segments in the retail industry. Cooperating with large, international brands and retailers - and negotiating contracts for larger concept roll-outs in Europe, but also in USA, Australia and Asia, has given me an understanding of the cultural differences in the world.I have worked for manufacturing companies which has given me an excellent technical insight and a thorough understanding of the entire supply chain process. In the later years, strategic sourcing has grown to be an important part of the procurement.
