I’d like to define myself as an individual with a deep understanding of global digital payments and crypto, high-energy, results driven, collaborative and fiercely loyal. I'm passionate about creating customer and shareholder value, through innovative thinking and disciplined management. I'm currently an Advisory Board Member to multiple fintech firms, from startups to publicly traded ones, focused on growth acceleration and company strategy. In my prior role as Paysafe's Chief Business Development Officer I led global Enterprise Sales across all of the Group's products and was responsible for the development of strategic partnerships designed to meet customer needs and grow new revenues. I was also a stakeholder in Paysafe's M&A activities. Earlier, I was Paysafe's Chief Product Officer.In my 20+ years in technology management, I've pioneered ground-breaking initiatives, from speech recognition systems at Nortel Networks and ISO/ITU standards for video coding, to FirePay’s digital wallet and risk management processes which led to my subsequent appointment to the NACHA Risk Management Task Force. I'm also member of the advisory boards of the ETA Canadian Executive Council and the Merchant Payments Ecosystem (MPE), as well as a crypto expert at the Blockchain Founders Fund, and have been part of the advisory boards of Smart Valor and Shyft Network, two leading crypto companies. I hold a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique, a M.Eng. from McGill University and a diploma in Network Engineering for the University of Toronto.I've managed large teams (~ 300) on several continents, created industry-leading products, developed people and operational capacity, established strong partnerships and enhanced the technological and market leadership of every company I had the privilege of serving.I care about community involvement, medical research, education, diversity & inclusion, helping the elderly and protecting our rights and freedoms.Proudest achievement: my three daughters.
