The Sheikh-Bahai technopreneurship festival started in 2003 as the first entrepreneurship festival within Iran to utilize the creativity of Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT). The first three festivals were held under the title of an “entrepreneurship festival”. Due to the change of the name and nature of the Higher Education Ministry to the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, and also the experience gained from previously organizing three successful festivals in the field of entrepreneurship, ISTT board of trustees decided to change the title of the festival to the “Sheikh Bahai Technopreneurship Festival”.The Sheikh-Bahai Technopreneurship Festival (SHTF) aims to foster a culture of creativity, innovation and technopreneurship, and to identify and encourage technopreneurs throughout the world. The Festival encompasses all technopreneurial fields of science including healthcare and medical sciences, fundamental sciences, technical and engineering sciences, agriculture, humanities, culture and art, etc.In order to acknowledge the technopreneurs activities, the festival is organized in two sections, Competition and Non-competition. Identifying the best technopreneurs, the best business planners, student business plan Olympiad and investment opportunities will be carried out in the competition section. The non-competition section includes Exhibition, Idea Exchange Market and Training Seminars/Workshops.

Supporting 4426 members, ECCIMA ranks the second biggest in Iran. Isfahan Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture leaning upon the capabilities of its members, human resources and the economic capacities of Isfahan Province, tried to perform its key role as the consultant of the government of I.R. Iran. Doing this great job, ECCIMA managed to have meetings with different organizations, parliament members, and governmental and judicial authorities in local, national and international level to study the situation of industry and commerce in Iran and Isfahan, and to develop this status.Training and Consultative Programs:Enjoying leading national and international trainers, ECCIMA arranges over 20000 person/hour training and consultative programs for the members to develop their knowledge in management, marketing, macro economy, and other related fields, to enable them to compete in universal markets.

Fiber Intermediate Product company (FIPCO) as one of the leading producer of DMT product in the middle-east has been established in 1992.The Dmt plant owned by FIPCO designed by Krup Vhde and Krupp Koppers and constructed on the license of Oxinova AG(Then Dynamit Nobel) , Germany.Since our foundation , we have been solely focused an improving development quality of DMT product by contribution of expert engineers and utilization of sophisticated systems.During the company 's first decades , it 's DMT production (60000 tpy) expanded rapidly through new facilities and acquisition. In 2005,the capacity of the production approaches to 90000 annual capacity in order to meet the needs of customers including internal and external customer.Some years later , a number of foreign production operations and strategic planning moved the company toward the regional innovation acquisition and the pilot DOTP production has launched in order to expanded FIPCO 's footprint in Iran and middle-east and also made this company a well known chemical producer in Iran.

This center was established as a part of implementing a development plan called “the Project of Developing Entrepreneurship in Universities across the Country” (KARAD). The Entrepreneurship Center in the University of Isfahan started its activities with a short delay compared to other universities in the country in September 2003. This center, following the KARAD bylaws, is active in promotional and educational areas.
