As Sales Manager at Spencer Rose, I’m responsible for our Key Accounts team and ensure we add value to our client’s recruitment process. These accounts cover a number of industry sectors, including Payments, Publishing, Travel & Tourism, Banking, Trading and Spread Betting, Managed Services, Consultancy and Software Vendors.My role includes day-to-day management for the Key Accounts team, including KPI setting as well as the hiring selection of staff across Spencer Rose’s entire business.I act as an escalation point across accounts at Spencer Rose and help with the strategic partnership of our clients, through creative initiatives and management interaction.
