-While at Sher Lighting I did cold calls and door to door sales. -Took sales calls, did energy(lighting retrofit) audits and completed all the necessary rebate paperwork for the customers.

-This year (2013) was my first year coaching varsity soccer for Providence Academy. - I also headed the middles school soccer program for Providence Academy. Where I was responsible for 5th, 6th, and 7th graders.- It was an amazing challenge working with a wide variety of age groups and watching them grow into a group rather than individuals.-I currently coach the U11 C1 PSA travel team. -This will be my 12th year coaching soccer. - As a youth soccer coach I develop each child to the best of their ability and teach them life goals and responsibilities. - I was a 4 year collegiate athlete who has a strong passion and love for the game.- I currently have my NSCAA license that allows me to coach up to 18 year old and just finished my D licensing course.

-I currently work at The Joint chiropractic as a front desk sales representative. -I work to promote chiropractic treatment plans and packages that The Joint have to offer. -The Joint is a cash payment clinic where we focus on educating the patient and explain how the memberships or packages work.-Process monthly payments and make sure that all patient information is correct.

As a Life Clinic Coordinator I had a lot of responsibilities such as 
 welcoming each patient with a warm greeting and ensure that patients fully completed all of the necessary paper work, I worked with Doctor to ensure accurate medical records and patient treatment plans were complete at time of appointment. -I was able to establish strong and accurate communication between the patient and doctor so that I was able to understand what was needed for each individual. -I worked with insurance companies to verify specific financial contribution to patient's care and collected and process time-of-service payments and billed patients and their insurance companies for their treatments.
I was also responsible for managing the clinic's entire patient scheduling and ensure that patients are able to stay on their treatment plans. - Promoting and taking ownership of internal marketing within Life Time Fitness. -I ensured high patient retention through clearly communicating the value of chiropractic treatments and also clearly communicating to patients' their financial responsibility not to mention consistently promoting and educating patients and co-workers that Chiropractic care is a part of a Healthy Way of Life

.-I also ran the rehabilitation department to assist patients with proper stretching and strengthening exercises that went with their chiropractic adjustments. Communicated with the doctor to make sure that we were on the same page to get the patient to optimal health as soon as possible.

I performed energy audits and generated proposals for the end user.
