- Operating and monitoring equipment both on-site and through the DCS FOXBORO system, including Natural Gas conditioning, SMR, ATR, synthesis loop catalytic converters, Compressors, Distillation units, Steam Turbines and the tank farm, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.- Assess site field situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and make clear recommendation to shift leader.- Support shift leader in managing operation team systems (handover logs, checklist audits, permit audits, site walkdown).- Perform equipment preparations, make isolation plan and securing activities ensuring safe equipment handover to Maintenance department.- Carry out prompt actions to address any operating deficiencies that may jeopardize safety or breach environmental standards.- Active participation in plant startups, shutdowns, and turnarounds- Monitor assigned areas of the plant to support achievement of production targets and quality specifications in accordance with quality, statutory, environmental, safety, Responsible Care and Egypt legislation.- Authorize work permits and all associated certificates as per Area Authority responsibilities.- Review and monitor the continual operation and performance of the plant, anticipating and troubleshooting problems as they occur.- Report any deficiencies or breaches in safe operation within plant equipment to the Shift Leader.- Commissioning for new Pipelines and new Process equipment - Identify possible areas of improvement either for safety or production in plant area.- Review and check plant procedures and checklists, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and updated them as necessary for improved operational efficiency

- Operated and monitored equipment both on-site and through the DCS Siemens PCS 7 system for real-time process management and control of Beans Silos, Vertical Steam Conditioner, Jet Dryers, Drag Conveyors, Hulloosenators, Crackers, Flakers, Extractor, Hexane Solvent, Desolventizer Toaster, Dryer Cooler, Solvent Water Separator, Degumming unit, Hulls and Meal Grinders, Bagged Filters, Cyclones, and Dehulling System, ensuring safety, food safety, product quality, environmental compliance, and efficient plant operations with a focus on minimizing energy usage and waste in the Preparation and Extraction Area.- Utilize management of change process.- Inform Shift supervisor of process problems, solutions, and suggestions to improve the workplace with regards to production and safety.- Perform the startup and shutdown of equipment and plant through the DCS system.- Review and check plant procedures and checklists, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and updated them as necessary for improved operational efficiency.- Conducted training sessions for new joiners and employees transitioning to new areas of the plantEnsuring they gained the necessary skills and knowledge to operate equipment and adhere to safety and operational procedures.- Perform equipment preparations, make isolation plan and securing activities ensuring safe equipment handover to Maintenance department
