Prepare accurate job cost breakdowns Attend and participate in Project Management meetings Report disciplinary action required, safety violations, etc. Assist in gathering “bid” information Clarify and answer questions and coordinate activities of subcontractors Maintain all construction schedules Ensure that subcontractors have current and accurate plans and specifications and that they work in accordance with them. check all field reports submitted by staff for accuracy and completeness enforce all company policies, rules and regulations recognize when a Change Order (or additional work authorization) is necessary and appropriate; and ensure that the proper paperwork is completed and signed Plan work maximizing efficiency of work force, materials and supplies Ensure that all government and company requirements relating to safety, health and environment are strictly adhered to and enforced.
