Kory Davis Email and Phone Number
Determined, well rounded, an achiever, self-motivated, disciplined, organized, and punctual are words, which I use to describe myself. A native Virgin Islander from the island of St. Thomas; hospitality has been my background. Raised in the arena of tourism, cruise ships, hotels, fine dinning, airlines, yachts, vacation homes, and destination shopping; I have gained an appreciation for the hospitality field and have now made it a career.A wise man once told me “Without opportunity there leaves no room for growth and development.” I am hoping that your company is looking for someone with a drive, someone willing to take a chance, someone willing to learn, and someone who has the passion and desire for hospitality! Someone like ME!! As you review my resume, you can see I have held positions within the room’s division in the capacity of GSA, FOS, NIGHT AUDIT, MOD and AFOM. I also have experience in SALES and RESERVATIONS. My most recent position is a General Manager of an extended stay hotel in the Marietta, GA. This promotion came from an AGM position at a sister property in Forest Park, GA. With a wide range of experience and knowledge I can work in any department and be effective. As a young hospitality driven individual, I have moved from state to city with companies to further my growth and to see the world. Georgia is now my home as; I have recently become a homeowner in December of 2019. Norman Vincent Peale said it best “Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.”
