My first place of employment was Ralph's Grocery Company starting in August of 2018, in which I was employed before leaving for new opportunities in November of 2019. While employed by Ralph's, I learned my way around customer service and the basics of the working world, as well as honing my critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills.My experience at my next place of employment, Luna Grill, while not being a very long tenure has helped me further hone my skills and craft as a whole. I've gotten experience at a cash register as well as greatly improving my customer service abilities. Unfortunately, there then is a gap throughout the majority of 2020 due to the covid-19 outbreak. Then, beginning in January of 2021, I had the pleasure of working as an independent contactor for Pier View Media under the role of Media Buyer and Digital Marketing as a whole. The owner of said company, Zach Burda, graciously took me under his wing and walked me through my first steps into the Digital Marketing world, and for that I am forever grateful.Finally, where I am today, is back at Ralphs as of May 2022, now working as the Assistant Ecommerce Lead and training as a Bookkeeper. Recently my efforts have been focused on honing my leadership and time management skills in order to make sure anyone I consider to be apart of my "team" succeeds.In all, I bring over 3 years of Customer Service experience along with almost 2 years of Digital Marking experience to the table. I've been known as a very quick learner, able to pick up new things just about as fast as a company would allow. I'm also great in either an independent work space or an environment that thrives off of teamwork, having had experience in both.
