As such, I have had the opportunity to work with policy makers to enhance public employee rights, benefits, and compensation.As an Employee Relations Representative I have had the opportunity to use my training skills to develop the UPEA Leadership Institute to provide education for leaders within the organization.I was also appointed to serve on Governor's Compensation Steering Team to evaluate state employee compensation and benefits; Collaborate with the Department of Human Resource Management, Governor's Office of Planning and Budget, and Division of Finance to evaluate the state employee total compensation and formulate next steps.I am currently serving on Culture of Success Initiative oversight committee to assist in improving employee morale and best practices within the Utah Department of Workforce Services.
