The purpose of my roles was not only to inform current members of events, news, and promotions but also strive to gain new members to the organization. Weekly meetings included planning strategies of advertising the organization as well as producing updated material for the organization. I was heavily involved in the promotion of the organization in digital media from broadcast to ad and print. I was involved in analyzing the marketing results, finding strengths and weakness of our campaigns, and then creating better ways to promote the organization. I had task that consisted of media production and graphic design, including creating concepts on the idea of such products. I was involved in all aspects of media production, from creating storyboards and ideas, to filming, to producing the material. I was involved in finding new ways to reach non-members as well as creating ways to enhance the image of the organization. At RBC, I learned a great deal on how to construct a project from not much material to start. On some assignments I was given a main purpose, but the way it would be projected to the audience including the strategies of filming, content, and every other detail was completely in my hands. Being not every project had available footage or available times to capture footage, I greatly increased my skills in creating motion graphic designs to take place of ; thus intensely improving my ability to be creative in generating ideas. I proficiently became a quick thinker in fast pace environments and greatly increased my knowledge on the best ways to reach the public. My time here was a great period of growth in knowledge, experience, skills, and most importantly confidence in myself to deliver great work. I was left with a loose line to be able to grow and depend on myself and I benefited greatly from this.

Digital Media Assistant/Digital & Motion Graphics DesignerSan Antonio Scorpions 2011 - 2012My internship with the San Antonio Scorpions was my first opportunity to produce work outside of school assignments. It was a great opportunity to have real experience with working on advertisements as well as marketing a brand to the public. I was heavily involved in researching prime market strategies for the team and keeping our email and content databases up to date. I was given chances to participate in creating print and digital content including brochures, commercials, and more that were showcased to the fan base across the city. I wrote copy for several news articles and ads for the team as well as contributed in web and graphic designs for the company. I boosted my experience in multimedia tremendously while working with motion graphics and video for numerous projects. I was able to establish a good fit into the path I wanted to pursue with my career and was able to participate in several big advertising projects including a commercial of the Scorpions team and other media and TV concepts. It was definitely a great start to me building the strong background of my career capabilities.
