Re B (Children) [2017] EWCA Civ 23/8/17 Junior counsel representing the grandmother seeking long term care of the subject child where the trial judge’s interventionist approach was found to have “crossed the line”Kossar is regularly instructed in complex private law children disputes (domestic and international), intractable contact cases and has significant experience of being instructed on behalf of the child. Her experience includes applications for Leave to remove from the jurisdiction to Hague & non-Hague Convention countries and International Adoption.
