Starting with volunteer work in community development with Local NGO for around one year, I decided to move my job to the business industry in the Telecom sector as a Indirect Sales Representative during 2008 with CADCOMMS.To challenge and be aggressive, I have moved my job and joined Beeline Cambodia as a Sales Field Specialist with responsible for indirect sales channel in Kampong Cham provinces, During with Beeline, learning and earning experience from management team and people around me are the key point to upgrade from one step to another higher step.After one year and three months passed, I decided to leave Beeline and joined the Mobile Banking Industry as a Regional Sales Supervisor at WING Cambodia and responsible for managing the sales team, sales activities in seven eastern provinces and ensure that all sales operations going smoothly. Later on, I left from WING and went to obtain the position as Head of Regional Sales-East at Latelz Co., Ltd and responsible for managing seven provinces for 1 year and 7 months. Having the merger between Smart & Hello, I was assigned to take care only Channel Sales from March 2013 with the new position as Channel Sales Manager.In 2014, I went to join Beeline Cambodia again as a Regional Sales Manager and was assigned to take care sales in seven Eastern provinces. Latest, I decided to leave Beeline where is the place i always bear in mind as a good employer, to join my last Telecom company which is known as Mobitel (012) Based on my experience in sales and marketing within international telecom and mobile banking industry in Cambodia, I am confident that I can perform the following tasks- Direct and Indirect Sales Management- Sales Management- Product Distribution- Field Force Management- Merchandising Management- Sales Communication & Negotiation - Sales Planning across the Region- Sales Target management
