• Implement and supervise Industrial health programs to achieve a healthy working environment and minimize/eliminate incidents detrimental to health of company’s and contractors’ personnel working within area of operations.• Provide Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management related advice, guidance and support for HSE and line managers in meeting their HSE Management System responsibilities/ accountabilities and report to the Executive, Health Management.• Conduct training to enhance competency and skill on Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management for relevant personnel and maintain highest level of preparedness in emergency response and speedy recovery for business continuity through regular emergency and crisis management exercises and drills.• Analyze Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management related incidents. o Identify all potential hazards to health through study or Health Risk Assessment, Chemical Health Risk Assessment, Hazard Monitoring to minimize both short term and long term effect on health due to exposure to hazards at the workplace. o Participate and analyze environment related incidents and identify all potentially risk through study or quantitative/qualitative risk/environmental impact assessment to ensure environmental risk at company operations including simultaneous operation (SIPROD/SIPCOM) are within ALARP region.• Maintain Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management database, analyze Statistics and produce regular reports and follow up on recommendations.• Consolidate production data to calculate GHG emissions of each facility using SANGE 4.0.• Plan, coordinate and implement Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Management activities under the Annual HSE Plan.• Lead Hazardous Waste Management project by liaising with ECD (Environmental Conservation Dept), MOGE (Myanma Oil & Gas Enterprise) and respective ministries • Manage and monitor waste management activities conducted by contractors.

Plan, coordinate and implement annual Environmental Management activities, in accordance with PETRONAS Upstream Environmental Management System, as part of annual Myanmar Operations HSE plan.• Identify, coordinate and conduct training to enhance competency and skill on environmental management for relevant personnel and maintain highest level of preparedness in emergency response and speedy recovery for business continuity through regular emergency and crisis management exercises and drills.• Participate and analyse environment related incidents and identify all potentially risk through study or quantitative/qualitative risk/environmental impact assessment to ensure environmental risk at company operations including simultaneous operation (SIPROD/SIPCOM) are within ALARP region.• Maintain an environment database including that of contractors serving MO, and issue regular reports to relevant authorities.• Consolidate production data to calculate GHG emissions of each facility using SANGE 4.0.• Plan and implement environmental audits and inspections to ensure non-compliance are corrected and mitigation measures implemented according to established standards.• Conduct due diligence on contractor’s business to ensure their technical capability to fulfil the contract requirements.• Engagement with various layers of stakeholders such as regional government, local authorities, local communities, and civil society in project effected areas.
